Don’t be upset when you didn’t learn enough like you planned to learn on the day. Instead you can be proud of you to learn a part from the stuff, and please don’t forget you always have the chance to do it better in the next day.

It isn’t easy to learn or concentrate sometimes, for example, when you don’t have the desire to learn. Here you find some solutions to solve the problem.

The first step is always remembering yourself why you have to learn because you want to pass the exams and to reach your target at the end. This is one of the motivations which may be instructive if you have to learn a subject that you particularly dislike.

Find your own rhythm. As you probably know that some students learn effective in the morning and other in the evening, and I guess you have realized it through your school time which type of studying you prefer. So don’t try to change it because it could stress you out if the switch doesn’t work. It is of course healthier to get up early and study, but it is an individual concept. Please keep it in mind that enough sleep is very necessary to fix the information in your brain and to give your body time to recover.

Don’t be upset when you didn’t learn enough like you planned to learn on the day. Instead you can be proud of you to learn a part from the stuff, and please don’t forget you always have the chance to do it better in the next day.

Don’t learn continuously for several hours. I mean you should to take a break in between times for five minute for example to open the window and make coffee or tee because the sitting for a long time causes back pain problems and tension in the neck area in the long term. If you want to avoid these problems that may arise, you can set an alarm clock after one hour or one and half hours. Then it gives you a signal to have a movement break and to do some relaxation exercises. It’s unaffectedly better if you before search on the internet to find appreciate exercises for you.

Looking at a desk, you can see a tablet, handwritten notes and a cup of coffee.
Some tidy tipsDouaa

Follow the reward system! Everyone can stimulate his or her brain to work more effectively that has an effect on our action and concentration, so you have the key for a perfect motivation factor to learn. In this way, you are free to find new rewards for the next days and to determine what really makes you happy after a learning day. As an example, you go to the cinema with friends if you study enough lectures today.

Be the active person and ask your fellows students, respectively your friends if you can learn together. It’s very useful if you create a study group because you help each other when someone didn’t understand a slide from the lecture or has a question, however the information exchange is an active method to remember it when you have a test or an exam. It is also motivating to see others learn, above all when you have a bad mood. The study group isn’t just about learning, but also to have fun in everyday student life.

Personally, I try always to do the above tips because I think it is really necessary to protect yourself from physically and mentally stress. And if you find the right strategy to learn, you will be safe from getting frustrated and finish your study successfully.
