About Thu Luu

Hi! My name is Nguyen Anh Thu Luu, but people often call me just “2”.

Since I was a little kid, the diversity in people and culture has always interested me. At first, I hesitated to study abroad. On one hand, I wanted to stay home because of the familiarity and stability. On the other hand, I was interested in getting to know what life in other parts of the globe would be like. In 2019, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and fulfill my wish by pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Germany, and now I’m continuing my academic journey with a master’s program in Innovation Management at the University of Applied Sciences, Stralsund.

The journey to and within Germany hasn’t always been easy for me, but the experiences and memories I’ve gained along the way are unforgettable. If anybody asks me if they should study in Germany, I will absolutely encourage them to do so. Since I arrived here, I’ve developed personally by overcoming my own limitations and trying out things that I’ve never even considered before. Now, I’m also the creator of a personal blog to share my experience about studying abroad for ones who want to study in Germany, and travelers. With my posts, I hope to draw a vivid image of student life in Germany and inspire new students to make the bold decision and start their journey to Germany.
