Annotation
Specialisations enable you to apply personnel diagnostic procedures in personnel selection, human resources and staff management and consumer behaviour analysis. Your expert knowledge allows you to carry out advisory, problem-solving and evaluating activities. No matter whether quality assurance and organisational development, the human resources department or the development and implementation of market and consumer strategies are concerned, your deployment possibilities are extremely diverse. Since business psychology is about human experience and behaviour in general, its findings and applications are valid in all countries. Intercultural psychology and the associated skills will empower you to apply business psychology ways of thinking and acting. This course deals with the topic of motivation: why do people make certain purchases? Why do they remain loyal to a brand? How can employees be motivated to ensure the success of the company? These and other questions will be answered during the course of the degree programme. You will learn to understand feelings and to classify them in business contexts. The vibrant field of business psychology is currently presenting us with entirely new challenges such as digital transformation, virtual working, digital stress, collaboration with robotics and artificial intelligence, etc. This shows the extent to which psychology and business are interlinked and how important this interaction is for the success of the company. With this high scientific, application-oriented and practice-oriented level, you are optimally prepared for the requirements of the current job market. By the way: as a student of this distance learning course, you will be able to participate in a three-week study session in Sacramento: the <a href="Das AKAD California Campus Program: Einzigartig in seiner Art target="_blank">California Campus Program</a>!
