Admission requirements
Admission to the Bachelor's degree course is granted to those who have one of the following prerequisites: – General higher education entrance qualification - Entrance qualification for studies at universities of applied sciences, - passed master examination - general certificate of secondary education (at least intermediate secondary school level) and qualified completion of at least 3 years of recognised vocational training, with an average/overall or final grade of 2.5 or better (if these grades are not shown, the arithmetic mean of the individual subject grades applies), - or in accordance with the Ordinance on the Access of Vocationally Qualified Students to Universities in the State of Hesse, i.e. either with completion of vocational upgrading training of at least 400 hours, a technical college or a vocational or administrative academy or an final examination in a state-recognised training occupation followed by at least 2 years of professional activity and passing the examination a separate university entrance examination.
