The degree course 'Redevelopment of Existing Properties' was developed jointly by the Department of Civil Engineering of Münster University of Applied Sciences and the Guild Education Centre.
Admission requirements
Applicants will be admitted who * have an entrance qualification for studies at universities of applied sciences and have completed a work placement of at least 13 weeks in a construction profession, or * are master craftspersons or individuals who have completed two years of training in a specialist school (building on a first course of training) in construction professions or * are at least 22 years old, can prove relevant, completed vocational training, have worked professionally for at least three years and who have taken the required entrance examination at the FH Münster (Münster University of Applied Sciences). The Akademie Bauhandwerk accordingly offers preparatory courses for this.
