Due to the breadth of the degree course, you will acquire skills, at the interfaces to other professions, that will help you achieve greater transparency and efficiency in cooperation. You will thus become an interdisciplinary link between project partners and also benefit from insights into public administration. Upon successful completion of the degree course, you will receive both the vocational title “Geomatics Engineer” and the academic title of “Bachelor of Engineering”. This will give you very good opportunities on the job market. Above all, the academic degree enables you to work in the company in which you began your education in the training-integrated programme. With the “Bachelor of Engineering” degree, you have the opportunity to supplement your education with a Master's degree. A practice-integrated variant of the degree programme will be offered in the winter semester 2024/25. In addition to a higher education entrance qualification valid for Hesse, a study contract with a cooperation partner of Frankfurt UAS is a prerequisite for admission. Admission requirements: -a higher education entrance qualification valid for Hesse. - Vocational training contract for geomatics and supplementary agreement to the vocational training contract with a company or institution that has concluded a cooperation agreement with the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences for the dual bachelor's degree course in geodata management (dual). You apply to the cooperation partner yourself and conclude a training contract with them with an additional agreement for the degree programme with vocational and academic elements. Please note that your application must have been received by the cooperation partner in good time before the start of training.
