Admission requirements

German professional qualification or equivalent foreign academic degree from a university degree course lasting at least six semesters; English language skills of level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) Knowledge of Informatics /bioinformatics of at least 25 credit points (CP). At least 10 CP achieved in modules in which knowledge of an imperative programming language, e.g. C/C++, Java or Python, has been acquired and at least 10 CP in modules in which knowledge of algorithms has been acquired; Knowledge of mathematics/statistics amounting to at least 25 CP. Of these, at least 10 CP must have been achieved in the areas of analysis / linear algebra and at least 10 CP in the area of statistics. Knowledge of biology/chemistry/biochemistry amounting to at least 25 CP. Of these, at least 10 CP must have been earned in the area of biochemistry / molecular biology / genetics.
