Target group
The Master´s degree programme in Digital Engineering is aimed at graduates with a first Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in a computer science-related or engineering-related subject. The core objective of the degree course is to improve the interface between electrical engineering and computer science and to develop a competence to efficiently meet the central challenges arising from digitalisation in technology. On the basis of their application-oriented engineering and mathematical-scientific knowledge acquired in the Master’s distance learning programme, graduates are able to apply the methods and procedures relevant to the solution of interdisciplinary problems in electrical engineering and computer science in practice.

Tuition fee
EUR 2,500 per semester plus the social contribution of the university in the amount of approx. EUR 113 per semester and a one-time chip card production fee of EUR 8 for the Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences student identity card.
