The Master’s course is designed as an interdisciplinary course and is therefore aimed deliberately at Bachelor’s graduates from various disciplines (Psychology, Educational Sciences, Social Work / Social Pedagogy and Pedagogy).
Annotation
Social change increasingly touches on central aspects of the individuality of sexuality as well as relationships and ways of life. With this development, the need for qualified specialists in education, social and health care with a focus on sex education, who acquire specific skills and qualifications as part of their training, also grows. The aim of the Master's programme in Sexual Science at the MSB is to enable students in the area of sex education counselling and support in various (psycho) social work areas and to impart knowledge on the scientific development and theory development in Sexology.
Admission requirements
The courses at MSB Medical School Berlin are not admission-restricted: talent, motivation and discipline count more than the grade point average on the certificate. Punctuality, good performance and commitment during the studies are of great importance. What requirements do you have to meet for the Master’s degree in Sexology? - Eligibility to study in Master's degree courses in accordance with Art. 10 BerlHG, - First professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree (Diplom, Bachelor) in the field of psychology or social work / social pedagogy, pedagogy, educational science or psychology
