Target group

The degree course is aimed at students waiting to begin postgraduate traineeship, young lawyers who wish to increase the success chances of their applications in the field of economic law and practicing lawyers, particularly solicitors, who wish to obtain additional recognised qualifications. Foreign students may also take part in the German-speaking programme if they can show proof of sufficient command of German.

Admission requirements

Completion of a degree course in Law by completing the First Examination in Law or the Second State Examination in Law with a minimum grade of "Fully Satisfactory" or by completing an equivalent degree in Law abroad. These requirements are also met with an academic degree in law with the grade "satisfactory" and submission of a seminar thesis that has been graded with at least "good". If there are two legal state examinations, the higher score applies.
