Annotation
The Bachelor's degree course in Agricultural Studies is characterised by the communication of skills in agricultural production processes and their economic and ecological contexts. This includes the biological and technical aspects of plant and animal production processes as well as the social and economic analysis of the production and marketing of agricultural products. These key areas can be supplemented individually by enhanced training in Business Administration and Management Consultancy, animal husbandry and livestock breeding (incl. animal nutrition, animal health, animal feeding), plant production (incl. crop, horticultural and viticultural cultivation, plant breeding, plant protection, plant nutrition and organic farming) and environmental management.
