Target group

The degree course is specially tailored for working professionals and allows the participants to participate in the course alongside a full-time occupation. It is aimed at lawyers, economists, pharmacists, doctors and scientists.

Annotation

The course is generally offered every two years in the summer semester, provided that sufficient numbers of students have enrolled for the Master's course. If the course is in high demand, it may be offered yearly for the summer semester or every semester. Three of these are semesters with lectures, each with a week of attendance in Marburg, and three weekends of attendance (Thurs-Sat) in Frankfurt a.M. The fourth semester is for writing the Master's thesis.

(1) The general admission requirement for a continuing education Master's degree course is 1. evidence of completion of a subject-relevant State Examination, Diplom degree or Bachelor's or Master's degree in the area of Law, Economics, Pharmacy, Medicine, Natural Sciences, or evidence of a comparable professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree obtained in Germany or abroad. With this degree, subject to the regulation in Section 4 (4) of the Examination Regulations, a total of at least 240 credit points (CP) must have been acquired, and 2. Relevant professional experience of at least one year.

The career-integrated continuing education Master's degree course in "Pharmaceutical Law" is subject to fees in accordance with Section 20 (5) of the Hesse Higher Education Act (HHG). The total amount can be paid in four instalments of 5,500, which are due at the beginning of each semester. Early booking discount: binding registration by 30 April means that you receive a discount of 10% on the total amount. The four instalments would then be reduced to EUR 4,950.
