The course is aimed at managers and employees who are already employed in compliance functions in companies or aspire to such a function, as well as at solicitors, auditors and consultants. Also among the target group are lawyers from the field of law and economics – finance/banks – as well as those active in the pharmaceutical industry, medicine, chemistry and others.

Admission requirements

First or Second State Law Examination or First Law Examination with a score of at least 5.5 or equivalent with a standard period of study of at least 8 semesters. Applicants who did not obtain their higher education entrance qualification or their first degree at a German-speaking institution must provide evidence of German language proficiency at the level of the “German Language Test for Admission to Higher Education for Foreign Students” (DSH-3) or an equivalent German language certificate; At least one year of qualified professional experience; Proof of a specific aptitude for the course; this is provided by a successfully completed aptitude procedure according to the annex of the Examination Regulations
