Applications by 31 August; to Chair of the Examination Board Requirements: Proof of a specific aptitude for the degree course in accordance with the requirements of the Study and Examination Regulations! This includes: - Certificate of academic degree or equivalent academic degree; A standard period of study of least 8 semesters (240 CP) or a comparable scope; Specification of the grade; Subject with content relevant to the real estate industry - Alternatively, at least 6 semesters/180 CP and proof of other professional qualifications - At least two years of qualified professional experience, at least one year in a management or junior management position - Letter of application with research question (relevant field of activity, management activity, research interest) - Selection interview on real estate issues and questions - English proficiency at level B2 of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or equivalent proof - if the higher education entrance qualification or degree was not acquired at a German-speaking educational institution: Basic German language skills (at least 120 hours of instruction)
