Academic degree with a standard period of study of at least 6 semesters in the subject of Nanoscience, Physics or Chemistry or an equivalent qualification in a related subject and an average grade of at least 'good' after at least 140 credit points Proof of knowledge of Theoretical Quantum Mechanics and Solid Body Physics, which corresponds to the modules NS-B-4 Theoretical Physics and PHY-B-P9 Solid Body Physics in the Bachelor's degree in Nanoscience at Universität Regensburg Proof of course-specific aptitude if the grade achieved after 140 credit points is not at least 'good' or if the applicant has a degree in a non-related subject; This is provided by successful completion of the aptitude test in accordance with Appendix 1 of the Examination and Study Regulations for the Master's degree course in Nanoscience at Unviersität Regensburg dated 18/06/2013
