Annotation
In the degree course in Automotive Engineering, you deal with the planning, development and construction of vehicles. In addition to the design of new vehicle concepts, this also includes the development of modern bodies or testing with modern test benches and simulation tools. As a basis for this, you will deal with the interaction of individual vehicle components such as the drive, body and electronics. The properties and effects of different materials used in the vehicle also play an important role. You will get to know them better, for example, in the field of materials science. Beyond the technical details, you should of course keep an eye on functional criteria such as economy or safety when developing vehicles. The degree course in Automotive Engineering also prepares you for this. Thanks to the practical training, after completion, you have a variety of perspectives, especially in the development, manufacture and maintenance of motor vehicles.
