At the Police Department, students are trained for the third qualification level in the specialist track Police and Constitutional Protection. Since police enforcement officers can switch between the service types of uniformed service and criminal investigation service, no technically separate courses of study have been set up for this purpose. The theoretical degree course takes place at the University of Public Service in Bavaria - Police Department.
