Target group

Graduates of the Master's degree program in Consulting, Organisational Development and Coaching are able to perform complex consulting and management tasks. For this purpose, they acquire the ability to initiate, guide and evaluate constructive change processes. The competencies mentioned are further deepened in two main areas of study. The specialisation of Supervision and Training is aimed at prospective supervisors. The focus on agile organisational development and consulting is aimed at prospective consultants who mainly work for medium-sized companies.

The following requirements should be met for admission: »Successfully completed university degree in Economics (university, university of applied sciences, dual university Baden-Württemberg) with 210 ECTS points (participants with an academic degree with less 210 ECTS points must have a correspondingly longer professional experience) »At least two years of relevant professional practice
