Annotation

The Bachelor's programme Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies offers an introduction to the methods and subjects of general and comparative literary studies. Key texts of European and international literatures and the worldwide networking of literary texts, their different reception histories and interactions with other arts and media are dealt with. In the process, various systematic approaches to dealing with texts, media and their diverse cultural contexts are acquired. Reading courses, optional language courses, an internship module or semester abroad and specialisation areas also open up your own design options.
