The Master’s programme is internationally oriented and qualifies for geographical as well as neighbouring labour markets (private sector, administration, research).
Admission requirements
The following Bachelor's degree is recognised for admission to the Master's program: Bachelor's degree in Geography from a German university. After examining individual cases, the examination board may recognise other (also foreign) study programmes (e.g. with a focus on geology, geoecology, climatology, sociology, political science or environmental management) as equivalent and, if necessary, make admission to the Master's programme subject to conditions.
